What Is Holding Ground?
Holding Ground is a place to listen in.
It’s a steady, protected container. A place to explore, connect, create, grieve, prepare, and acknowledge. Here, we make room to feel the reality of our experience, as individuals and as a collective. Not to get lost in it, but to know more deeply what we’re working with, logistically, emotionally, relationally, spiritually.
Holding Ground has room for joy, awe, and reverence. It has room for sorrow, grief, and despair. Holding Ground knows we have the capacity for all of it, and wants to support us in creating the holding ground of our own life.
There’s no need to wait for a crisis, a diagnosis, or other signs of an ending to begin. Whether you’re leading through intensity and urgency, preparing for the end of life, or somewhere in between, this is a place to start.
